How it works
Enter wall width and height, actual outer-frame size, rows, columns and the gap between adjacent frames. The grid is centered on the wall. Width equals columns times frame width plus the internal horizontal gaps; height uses rows and vertical gaps. There is no gap outside the grid. Side and top/bottom margins can become negative when the layout exceeds the wall. Rotate every frame to compare portrait and landscape arrangements. This release supports uniform rectangular grids, not individually dragged mixed-size frames.
Example
For a 200 × 150 cm wall, six 30 × 40 cm frames in three columns and two rows with 5 cm gaps form a 100 × 85 cm grid. Centering leaves 50 cm at each side and 32.5 cm above and below. Download the SVG as a planning diagram. It is not a full-size mounting template and does not locate hooks, account for furniture or validate wall loading. Measure actual frames and hardware before installing.
